Today was tour day. We walked 6th street district, toured the capitol building, LBJ's Presidential Library and Texas State History Museum. Very interesting. Our feet hurt. Went to a small shopping district at the southern end of Congress Avenue. It was kind of a hippie district in Austin. Very cool. We had a slice of pizza on the street. Life is good.
The star above is outside the Texas State Museum. Texas is a state that truly has state pride. Everywhere you go you see state flags and stars on everything! Mark has decided that he wants to move to Texas. He would like to say that he is a "TEXAN". Such a manly state. Maybe we shall be "Winter Texans!"
